For pond pump and technical repairs, I understand and agree that a $75 service charge may be invoiced to me if it is determined that my request is not covered by Classic's limited warranty.	Yes, I approve the service charge. No, I will seek another solution.

We will write up a work order and send it to you within 5 days of your request. This document will describe one of two things.

a.	Warranty work to be completed on site by your original foreman.
b.	A certificate to pick up the same or substitute materials at the Nursery for replacement planting by you.

Your warranty request may require a site review by your foreman or project manager prior to the completion of any work. Please review your approved contract and proposal describing the specific requirements of your individual warranty for further clarification. Again, we appreciate your continued consideration.
